The learning atmosphere of LKS
It’s been more than a month since I came to LKS, during the time, I find that every one is not only nice, but also loves to learn. Even though they have been salesman for years, they never stop learning. So, as a newcomer to the workplace, we must work harder and harder.
Recently, some of our colleagues bought a course video about how to become a better professional salesman, it costs a lot. In order to learn more, In order not to take up working hours, we learn the course on every 8:20-9:00 am.and 7:30-8:30pm. Before we start every day , we read the purpose of learning and learning requirements by turns,so that we will learn more seriously.
We learned how to build customer’s loyalty:
We should learn how to communicate with customers.
We should be more flexible when we communicate with the customers.
We should know the customers so that you can find something to with them, and make friend with them.
We should be more honest and responsible so the customers will cooperate with you.
We should and must develop.
We must realize customer’s request and answer them quickly.
We must know what the customer exactly want and give them the details, then, give them professional suggestions.
Anyway, our company Linx is getting better and better, because every one of us loves to learn. The learning atmosphere of LKS is getting stronger and stronger.
