The solution for earphone without sound

If you bluetooth earphone without sound, pleae check if it's the reason as below:

1.If your mobile phone is Android phone, please confirm media audio option is turned on.

2.Please confirm that your play volume is adjusted to medium or above, due to  different sound sources,play devices, and play software, making some music playing sounds to be heard when the volume is adjusted medium or above.

3.If your mobile phone is android, please notice the volume between mobile phone and earphone is seperated control, no synchronization, please confirm the voluem in mobile phone and earphone both open.

4.Pleae confirm the earphone and mobile phone is in the effective connect range, no barrier in 10m, the earphone and mobile phone connected successfully.

5.After tried the way above, the earphone still no sound, please make a phone call, confirm if there's sound in the earphone.
