As the name implies,Bone conduction is a form of sound conduction, which transforms sounds into mechanical vibrations of different frequencies. It transmits sound waves through human skulls, bone labyrinths, inner ear lymphatics, spirals, auditory nerves, and auditory centers.

The transmission medium of sound waves (vibration signals) is different. 

(2) The bone conduction microphone technology is used to send words, send words is to collect sounds. Air conduction sends sound waves through the air to the microphone, while bone conduction sends words directly through the bones.

Earphones made using these bone conduction technologies are called bone conduction earphones and are also called bone conduction earphones, skinny earphones, bone transmission earphones, and bone sensing earphones.

(A) bone conduction speaker technology headset:

(B) bone conduction microphone technology headset:

Bone conduction technology is used to collect sounds and sound waves are transmitted through the bones to the microphone. In civil use, bone conduction technology is generally used to reduce noise.

Due to the need of military scenes, sometimes it is impossible to speak loudly, and the loss rate of sound conduction in bone is far lower than air conduction, while bone conduction microphone technology earphones mainly use throat bone conduction. Because of the short distance, the loss is low. Soldiers only need to create a small voice to accurately convey the instructions they want to express.
