1.   Without spring washers

Wafer is commonly known as spring washers, made of SPCC, the surface of colorful plating or galvanized.

2.   Without cloth

Cloth/ or tone paper, attached to the horn after the air intake.

Features: uniform density, average density of air holes, thickness consistency is excellent. It’s role is to control the vibration of the horn diaphragm when intake size, so as to achieve the effect of sound quality debugging.

 

3.   Without copper ring

Generally speaking, the copper ring refers to the copper ring (diaphragm) pressed

against the edge of the sound film (diaphragm).

 It can improve the stability of the diaphragm. That is if there is no copper ring, there will be two problems when the diaphragm vibration (large volume). First, the original hit glue may be uneven on all contact surfaces, so the diaphragm is easily distorted or broken sound (diaphragm) when the sound loudly. Second, it is possible to make voice coil dislocation or sound film may be detached from the edge for the vibration amplitude of the diaphragm when the large volume. It can be seen that copper ring can improve the stability of the diaphragm, at the same time,it can make the sound strong and flexible, bring a sense of vibration. In summary, if for promotional or disposable usage, earphone can be used without spring washer, cloth and copper ring. If you have requirement to sound quality, you can choose the earphone with good configuration.
