Visitation Record of Bangladesh Client with 840K headphones

      12th August 2015, the client named TITU and 3 other people, who has ordered 840,000pcs of headphones, visited our factory and inspected the headphones.

      After lunch, they came back to the factory at 13:30. The clients shuttled among the dedicated production workers in the sound of machines. "Careful" TITU picked up a headphone and connected his mobile phone to listen. Until he heard the speaker volume of both sides was different, he called us to listen. After we have heard it again, we asked TITU where did he get the headset, then TITU point to the position. We found that the headphone were the unqualified goods after functional test. Finally TITU said sorry with embarrassed smile.

      Then they went to the warehouse to inspect the finished products. Three customers from afar regardless of the hot weather, at first they picked up several cartons of headphones, then they separately opened each box to test every headphone, busy but happy. After more than one hour, the customers were drenched with sweat. Except for a silicone case of headset breaks off, and the cable of large cargo was a little longer than the 1000pcs of samples, they haven’t found other disqualified products. The customers said there were 3pcs of headphones with sound quality problems. Then we showed a finished product inspection report to the customers. After look through the report data, the customers finally decided to take one carton for thorough inspection at office.

      Through strictly inspected, our customers haven’t picked up any other disqualified products. At last, our customers proposed to visit the workshop again. One of the customers said that we are a good headphone manufacturer, i asked them why did they think we are good, then the customers said that everyone in the factory is very busy and very earnest, they are all doing things quietly by themselves. I have been visited to many Chinese factories, but this situation is the first time.
Although it is not smooth for each order, if only we do everything carefully, we can always gain recognition from customer unexpectedly.
